Dr. Czinner is Dead

At Subotica, a large Serbian city, the communist revolutionary Dr. Czinner, Coral Musker and Josef Grünlich get caught by the police. Grünlich, who knows something about escaping, tries to open the locked door and succeeds. However, it was only this man who managed to get to the taxi by which Myatt came from Belgrade to find Musker. Musker and Czinner hide themselves in a shed, and she finds the doctor dead the following morning. Myatt, having failed to find the dancer, goes on to Constantinople.
