Vietnam or No Vietnam...

スクーターの波が信号のない交差点を泳ぐホーチミン市。一度だけ自動車とスクーターの衝突現場跡に遭遇。また、一家４人が１台のスクーターで走る姿も。運転する父親の前に子供がひとり。父親と母親にサンドイッチされてもうひとり。２人ともスヤスヤと眠っていた。もちろん子供はヘルメットなし。

すっきり眠れない日が続く。イライラする。けさはちょうど起きないといけない時間に、またあの葬儀。エレキ、サックス、ドラムに女性シンガー。イライラの極地。

1st day of the TESOL (ESL) workshop. It was fun and interesting. The director told us that there are six positions immediately available in Vietnam. Here again, a few contradicting conditions are overlapping. Is it ok for me to go straight to Vietnam while having no bridge to return to Singapore? “A” suggested that I get PR status before going to Vietnam or anywhere. I would agree with him, but how is it possible? To get the status, I must be employed here first. Only then can I apply for it and it will prolong my day to go to Vietnam again. However, I can say that this trip of mine to HCM can be a life-changing event for me. And in many senses, it is already changing my life.
